All of our hand-crafted products are for external use only, avoid contact with eyes. Our products may contain ingredients that you may be allergic to. We recommend you do a small skin test prior to use. If use of our products causes harmful reactions, stop using immediately and inform your physician if conditions persist.

We know each skin type is different. We are very serious about the quality of the raw materials we use and where they are sourced. Because each skin type is unique, Jawbristle Arsenal is not responsible for any adverse skin reactions/conditions.

Processing time for orders generally takes 1-3 business days. Customers will be notified via email of any delays.

We ship USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or USPS Ground. Generally, items will be received within a few days of being shipped. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order is ready to ship. It can take 24-48 hours for it to post in the shippers system.

Jawbristle Arsenal is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this is a concern, please inquire about insurance for your package prior to purchasing. This can be added for an additional fee.

Changes in addresses after the order has processed will result in additional charges to the buyer. If our shop has printed the postage for the order, and the shop is then notified that the address is incorrect, we'll immediately contact the buyer to re-purchase the shipping cost in order for our shop to re-process the postage with the correct address.

Once an order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping notification that includes a tracking number for the order. If you notice the tracking status states the order has been delivered; however, did not receive the order, it is not Jawbristle Arsenal's responsibility to locate the item.

Every Jawbristle Arsenal beard balm is handcrafted with a great deal of care and attention to detail. Please allow 1-3 business days to be shipped.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if it arrives damaged/defective, please let us know. Contact us immediately via email within 24 hours of receipt at beards@jawbristlearsenal.com and we will work with you to address your concerns.

Refunds or Exchanges for non-customizable or beard care items must be received in their original condition and packaging. Please be sure to include a copy of the packing list along with the return. After 21 days of receiving your item(s), all sales are considered final and are not exchangeable nor refundable.

Refunds will be issued back to the purchaser using the original form of payment only. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process and complete. Shipping expenses are not refundable. Returned items originally shipped using a free shipping method or promotion will be at the purchaser’s own expense. We highly recommend using a reputable, trackable, and insurable shipping method such as USPS since refunds/exchanges are only possible when the items are physically received, in their original condition and packaging, by Jawbristle Arsenal.

Jawbristle Arsenal is not able to provide refunds/exchanges for items lost or damaged during shipping back to our location.

Exchanges will be considered for another item of the same description or equal value.

Each item shipped from Jawbristle Arsenal has been individually inspected to ensure quality of the product as well as secured in suitable packaging for shipment.

6% sales tax for Virginia residents will be applied at the time of purchase.
